Daniel R. Kropp 1936 - 27 Sep 2014 Daniel R. Kropp, age 78, of Granger passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 in Temple. Daniel was born in Taylor in 1936, but lived almost all of his life in Granger. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tom Kropp, Marie Kropp Kubacak, and Frank J. Kubacak, and his brothers, Jerry Kubacak and Edward Kubacak. He is survived by his wife Evelyn Kropp; his children, Melissa and husband Robert Goins, Mark Kropp, Kenneth Kropp, and Monica Abbott-Osuna and husband Fred Osuna; his grandchildren, Yvonne Hernandez, Brandon Filla, Ryan Goins, Kennedy Kropp, Madison Kropp, Morgan Kropp, and Haley Abbott; his great-grandchildren, Kiana and Kierra Hernandez; his sisters Evelyn Kneblik of Keller, Frances Hurat and Helen Horn of Austin; his brother, Leroy Kubacak of Austin; and his sister-in-law, Sybil Kubacak of Taylor. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Condra Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Taylor at 10 am on Thursday Oct. 2. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Granger. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Filla, Ryan Goins, Robert Goins, Fred Osuna, Wayne Kubacak, and Barry Bonds. The family would like to especially thank Daniel’s caretakers, Marcelina Reyes and Lavera Cleveland, for taking such wonderful care of him. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St Mary’s CCE Program or to the St Anne’s Altar Soc.
