Effie was born to Walter Boss and DeEtte Detenbeck. She was a very loving person helping people in need. She enjoyed helping in the community. She was a much loved waitress in the Reno-Sparks area and was manager at L.T.R. Stage Lines in the Carson City area. Effie lived in the Carson City area since 1974 coming from Nebraska.
