J. E. (John Erwin) Peacock is the son of Alfred and Lavinia Bradley Peacock. He was the brother to William A./Eliza Pelts Peacock; DeMarquis Lafayette/SaraR.Hogue Peacock;Jesse F. Peacock; Susan Belle Peacock-Brazell-O' Rear; Georgia J. and Alfred Isaiah/Eliza V. Anderson Peacock. And Possibly (not proved) Lucy Peacock Wynn. J. E.'s son John William "Bill" Peacock married Maggie Roden Wilson. Their daughter was Ella Peacock Cardell, my grandmother... John E. and Martha Anderson Peacock had the following children: J. E. Peacock married first to -----Unknown and had two children: Elizabeth Susan married N. C. Gilbert, and Samuel Alfred Peacock (died unmarried? of TB) Then J. E. and Martha had: (1)Mary Etta Peacock married Thomas Jefferson Ellis , (2)John William "Billy" Peacock (My family line)married Margaret Roden Wilson, (3)Susan E. Peacock married Abner Stevens, (4)Ella Agusta Peacock married Rice Williams, (5)Braxton Bragg Peacock married Fannie Joiner, Velma Unknown and Mollie Bell Harrison, (6)James Morgan Peacock married Tennessee "Tennie" Pickard. It is THOUGHT that John Erwin Peacock's father, Alfred Peacock is buried here at Laramore Cem. as well, probably in an unmarked grave. SOLDIER IN THE CIVIL WAR John E. served in the Civil War. (CSA).
