Bio

Daughter of Dillard McMillian and Hetty Ann Norman ; wife of Joseph I am in the process of trying to locate Parlee. She is not in Arlington Cemetery's index, and Parkdale says they don't have her. She might be elsewhere with her children - working on narrowing it down. Her death certificate had "Arlington Cem." and then the Cem. was crossed out, so chances are she is in Parkdale.
