Obituary from The Wichita Eagle, 7/22/1952 (with photo): Frank F. Smith, 65, Wichita Resident 61 Years, Passes Frank F. Smith, 65, died Monday at his home, 430 South Sedgwick, following a three-year illness. He was born May 11, 1887, in Fort Madison, Ia., and came to Wichita 61 years ago. A member of the Christian church, Mr. Smith was a real estate salesman and was a member of the Redman lodge 151 and Pocahontas lodge No. 68. Survivors include his wife, Mary; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Bidwell, 439 North Vine, and Mrs. Addie Watson, 503 South Sedgwick, and a brother, John S. Smith, 1130 North Custer. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Culbertson mortuary chapel with Rev. Paul Kenagy officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery.
