Thanks to Find A Grave contributor #47168791 From Wyoming Tribune Eagle December 6, 2000 Emma Blaha, 94, of Ord, Neb., died Dec. 3 in Ord. She was born Nov. 19, 1906, in Valley County, Neb., to Frank and Frances Hosek. Mrs. Blaha had been a school teacher in Valley County for many years. She married Edward F. Blaha on April 14, 1931, in Ord. Mrs. Blaha is survived by daughter, Betty Welniak Dubas of Cheyenne; sons, Charles Blaha and Donald Blaha, both of Ord; brothers, Joe Hosek of Ord, Alfred Hosek of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Adolph Hosek of Lincoln, Neb.; 14 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1988; sisters, Anna Bonne and Lydia Kovarik; and brother, Edward Hosek. Rosary will be at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Ord Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Ord. Interment will be in the Ord Catholic Cemetery.
