Bio

Reed was born in Lawrence, Utah to William Arnold and Jane Lewis. He worked in the coal mines in Emery and Carbon County. He worked for Thiokol near Brigham City, Utah for 10 years previous to his death. He died in Brigham City, Box Elder County, Utah. He was married to Lois Harrison (of Huntington) and they had six children. Viola Dean, Gaynell, Redia Bell, Nancy Jane, Douglas Glyn, LaDonna Kay. He was preceeded in death by son Douglas (December 28, 1942).
