Pruett Of Dallas Dies After Attack DALLAS-Phillip Haney Pruett, 59, formerly of Sardis and Waxahachie, died Friday noon at a Denison hospital following a heart attack while enroute from Lake Texoma to Dallas. He had lived in Dallas several years. Funeral services are tentatively scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Dudley M. Hughes Funeral Home on Hampton Road, Dallas. Burial will follow in Laureland. Mr. Pruett was a driver for East Texas Motor Freight Co. for several years. He was reared in the Sardis-Waxahachie area and attended public schools at Waxahachie. Survivors include his widow; five daughters, all of Dallas; a son, Larry Pruett of Dallas; and three brothers, Earl Pruett of Redondo Beach, Calif., Tom Pruett of McAllen and Willard Pruett of Dallas.
