Bio

Grand Island (Nebraska) Independent June, 1987 Dan L. Rezac, 41, of 1508 E. Stolley Park road, died unexpectedly Wednesday, June 3, at Omaha of a brain hemmorhage. Mr. Rezac donated all his usable internal organs for transplant purposes. Services will be Friday at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral. The Rev. Alex Borzych, assisted by Keith Rezac, will officiate. Burial will be in Westlawn cemetery. (Further funeral arrangements omitted here) Mr. Rezac was born Nov. 26, 1945, at Grand Island, the son of Ray and Angeline Hydo Rezac. He grew up her and was a 1964 graduate of Grand Island Senior High. He was a self-employed paint contractor at the time of his death. He never married. He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral parish and the Platt-Duetsche Society. Survivors include his mother of Grand Island; three brothers, Gary of Grand Island, Ron of Dunlap, Calif., and and Dick of Omaha; two sisters, Mrs. Gary (Connie) Boltz of Grand Island and Mrs. Len (Pat) Fila of Omaha; a grandmother, Mrs. Theresa Moore of Grand Island. He was preceded in death by his father.
