Herald Coaster, July 31 2002: Memorial services for Robert H. Hamm of Richmond will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Bamore Baptist Church in Rosenberg. The Rev. Harvey Abke will officiate the services. Robert was born June 8, 1955 in Eldorado, Schleicher County, to Gordon W. Hamm and LaNelle Motl Hamm, and he passed away, July 29, 2002. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Livie Marie Motl , and his grandfathers, John W. Hamm and L.C. Motl . Robert is survived by his mother, LaNelle Motl Hamm of Houston; his grandmother, Ruby Hamm of Eldorado; his children, Jolee Hamm, David Hamm, April Mae Hamm Jones, Robert Heath Hamm, and Samantha Monique Hamm; his grandsons, Seth Jones, Ian Jones, and Jonathon Hamm; his brother, Charles Hamm and his wife, Lajuana, of Richmond; his nieces, Brooke Marie Hamm of Houston, Lisa Marie Eaker of Richmond, and Paige Marie Hamm of Richmond; and his great-nephew, Andrew Charles Hamm of Houston. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. For those wishing, memorial donations can be made in Robert's name to any homeless shelter or Hospice organization. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home, 3900 B.F. Terry Blvd. in Rosenberg, (281) 341-8800.
