Wellington Leader April 12, 1984 William M. Radford, a 25 year resident of San Carlos, CA and an owner of a plastics company, died Friday, March 30 of a brief illness at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, CA. He was 65. Mr. Radford for 18 years had been an owner and operator of RAL Plastic Forming Inc. of San Carlos. Mr. Radford was a member of the American Association of Retired Person, Chapter 1224, of San Carlos, and of the Society of Plastic engineers. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in the European Theater during World War II. He graduated from Wellington High School with the Class of 1939. Mr. Radford is survived by his wife of 35 years, Ruth; his son, Mark Radford of San Carlos; a brother, Garland Radford of Downey, CA; and two sisters, Gladys Poling of Texas and Margaret Phillips of Missouri.
