Bio

John I Beckstrand was born on Dec. 18, 1896 in Litchfield, Meeker County, MN, the son of John P and Christine Sophia Johnson Beckstrand. He served in the US Army as a Private, Stu Army TNC Corps during World War I. He married Miriam A Limer in 1920 and they were the parents of one son, Paul Edward.
