Elizabeth was the daughter of W.F. Zinnecker and Bessie Cornelius. She was married to Pearson Cain and they had one son. From the record journal of Meadowbrook Cemetery; wife of Pearson R. Cain, daughter of W.F. Bessie Cornelius Zinnecker. Born in Mabank, TX., died in Paris, TX. THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, 29 Oct 1981. ‘Graveside services for Mrs. Elizabeth Cain, 374 17th NE, were held Friday, 23 Oct in the Meadowbrook Cemetery, under the direction of Steele and Thomas Funeral Home. Dr. James Semple officiated. Mrs. Cain died Wednesday, 21 Oct 1981 at Leisure Lodge Nursing Home. She was born 4 Aug 1904 in Mabank, a daughter of W.F. and Bessie Cornelius Zinnecker. She married Pearson Reasor Cain in January, 1924 in Hugo, Okla. He preceded her in death on 16 Jan 1981. Survivors include one son, Dr. Charles Cain of Dallas; two brothers, Charles Zinnecker of Galveston and Ralph Zinnecker of Nassau Bay; two sisters, Dorothy McClary of Clayton, Mo. and Fern Collins of Grand Prairie; and two grandchildren, Carl Cain and Nancy Aldridge, both of Dallas.
