Bio
Ruby J. Amos, a lifelong resident of Idaho, passed away peacefully June 10, 2014, at Lewiston. She was born March 28, 1928, the second of four children, to the late Thomas S. and Mary E. Shaffer at Star, Idaho. She married Bernard G. Amos on Dec. 13, 1947. She is survived by three children: daughter Deanna; and sons Brett(Barbara) and Bruce(Patti); grandchildren Bobbi Jo(William), Wyatt, Brianna and Will; great-grandchildren Brittney and Noah; and one brother, Donald. Mom was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Bernard; her son, Bernard G. Amos Jr.; and two brothers, Martin T. and Loren B. Shaffer. Lewiston Tribune
