THE PARIS NEWS, DECEMBER, 1994 - Billy Joe Pomroy, 62, of Duncanville died Tuesday, December 27, 1994. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 30 at David Clayton & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Duncanville. Burial will be at Little Bethel Memorial Park. Mr. Pomroy was born in Pattenville. He had been a barber in the Grand Prairie area for more than 35 years. Surviving are his wife, Donna Sue; three sons, Charles Dean Pomroy, Steve Pomroy and Mark Pomroy; a stepson, Douglas Poston; two grandsons, Charles Dean Pomroy, II and Dakota Reese Poston; five sisters, Ruby Floyd, Audia Mae Stockett and Ruth Zeitman, Dean Zinger and Mary Joyce Barger; one brother, Charlie Lee Pomroy, Jr., and numerous nieces and nephews.
