Linn Creek, MO. Died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the home. Born in South Norfolk, VA, September 25, 1934, to Vesper and Marjorie Binkley. Mary Lou was an amazing mother and grandmother; she will be remembered for her strength, love and perseverance as well as her great cooking and hospitality and most notably spoiling her grandchildren. She worked at AT&T and Swift & Co. in Omaha, NE during the 1960's and 70's before she and her husband retired in 1984 to the Lake of the Ozarks in Linn Creek, MO. Mary Lou is survived by her children, Steve Gade of Sunrise Beach, MO, Cindy (Gade) and Steve Dingman of Newport News, VA, Karen Gade of Linn Creek, MO; her twin sister Carol (Binkley) and Ben Trapp of Linn Creek, MO; her grandchildren, Wesley Gade, Matt Gade, Justin Gade and Ryan Dingman. She is preceded in death by mother, Marjorie (Cunningham) Binkley; father, Vesper Dale Binkley; sister, Judith Jean (Binkley) Latimer; first husband, George I. Gade Jr.; second husband, John E. Cernik of 32 years; and sister-in-law Karen Cernik. MEMORIAL SERVICE Monday, 11am at Evergreen Cemetery, 2300 S. 78 St., Omaha.
