Richard "Dick" Deuel Webb 75 of Moroni, UT passed away June 23, 2014 at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT. He was born July 2, 1938 in St. George, UT to Clarence and Idonna Hammond Webb. He married Lola Joan Draper June 7, 1984 in Moroni, UT. He is survived by his wife Joan Webb of Moroni, UT; children, Devra (Jim) Gamber of St. George, UT; Sheri (Andrew) Anderson of Wales, UT; Clint (Cheli) Webb of St. George, UT; Jill (Ron) Heers of Carlsbad, CA; Paul (Karen) Burgess of Moroni, UT; Ann Brotherson of Nephi, UT; 22 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Beth (Clyde) Evans of Laverkin, UT; Donna Ann (Doug) Leavitt of St. George, UT. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Clair Webb; grandchildren, Robert Burgess, Kathryn Burgess, Tucker Brooksby; son, David Alan Burgess; daughter, Laura Burgess; mother-in-law, Lola Draper; brother-in-law, Clyde Evans. Funeral services will be held Saturday June 28, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Moroni LDS Stake Center. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 pm both at the Moroni LDS Stake Center. Interment in the Moroni City Cemetery.
