Middle name contributed by Shoshana & Dr K, 3 Oct 2022, middle name not confirmed by original documentation. Based on the death certificate Thomas was single and a steamfitter. At the time of his death Thomas was the last surviving member of his immediate family; his sisters and parents were deceased. Brother-in-law L. F. Davis (Edmonson County), husband of sister Joan, and Yancy Calhoun (Hart County), son of sister Eugenia, survived. On the death certificate the box labeled " Burial, Cremation, or Removal " lists burial as Horse Cave, KY; note did not read "Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. However, no record other than the death certificate pertaining to burial has been found including a tombstone. His parents are buried in Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery as well as his sister Eugenia Coats Calhoun and her family. Possibly buried in this cemetery but not confirmed , his parents are buried here.
