Bio

Vera S. Looney, 82, died Tuesday afternoon in a Ceres Hospital following a lengthy illness. She lived in Lodi 15 years before moving to Ceres. Ms. Looney was a native of Hugo, Okla. and was one of 12 children. She is survived by two brothers, Marvin McGinnis, of Ceres; John McGinnis of Milwaukie, Ore.; three sisters, Katherine Riley, of Visalia; Thelma Harmon, of Long Beach; and Lucille Cobb of Seal Beach; and numerous nieces and nephews. Burial at Lodi Memorial Cemetery Lodi News-Sentinel July 22, 1981
