Lena first married David Lee Bonner, Sep 25, 1937, Miller County Arkansas. They had six known children. After David departed this life, she married his brother, William B Bonner, May 17, 1980, Bowie Co TX, she appears to have had a third married to a Lewis Walls, I have no information on this marriage. Her parents were Louis and Mary Sangalli. Obituary: Lena Sangalli Bonner, age 89, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, March 6, 2008, in an Ashdown, Arkansas hospital. Mrs. Bonner was born October 21, 1918, at Texarkana, Arkansas. She was retired from S. H. Kress and Company and Howard?s Department Store. She was a Wadley Hospital Volunteer with over 6800 hours of service. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Mary Sangalli, her first husband, David Lee Bonner, and four children, Lena Faye Matthews, Deloris Carol Bonner, Travis Lee Bonner, and Tildon Eddie Bonner, and husbands, William Bryant Bonner and Lewis Walls. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Erlene and Joe Cerrato of Texarkana, Texas, and LaVerne and Marion Coker Jr. of Ashdown, Arkansas, six grandchildren, Luanne Jacobs, Darrell Coker, Susie Ward, Tina Myrick, Janell Hampton, and Julia Grady, seven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P. M. Saturday at the Texarkana Funeral Home Arkansas Chapel with Rev. Leon Turner officiating. Burial will be at Red Lick Cemetery. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AT THE FUNERAL HOME FROM 6 PM UNTIL 8 PM FRIDAY.
