Bio

Ella Ray Chiles, 90, of Waco, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 7, in Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., prior to the service, in the cemetery. Ella was born in Elgin, Texas, to the late Louis and Anna (Bayer) Kolinek. She was a member of the Southside Church of Christ in Robinson, and always kept her Lord and Savior a close part of her life. Ella made the best chocolate sheet cake around! In her later years, she enjoyed attending dances at the Sul Ross Senior Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Chiles; and a daughter, Nancy Caudill. She is survived by her daughter, Dottie; seven granddaughters; 15 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Waco Tribune-Herald: 6/6/2014...R15
