Bio
Marie T. Hain was born on October 13, 1919, to William and Amelia (Styskal) Bartunek near Bee, NE; and passed away on June 3, 2014, in Seward, NE; at the age of 94 years, 7 months and 21 days. She married Jerry F. Hain on June 25, 1941, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Bee, NE. They couple settled near Bee and farmed and sold antiques. Marie was also a church organist at St. Wenceslaus. In 1981, Jerry and Marie moved to Seward where Marie became and Extraordinary Minister at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Marie is survived by her daughters Connie Wallace of Anchorage, AK;, Carol and Husband Jerry Thompson of Scotia, NE; Elaine Molt of Spalding, NE; sons and daughters-in-law Jerry and wife Maxine Hain of Wahoo, NE; and Richard and wife Carol Hain of Bee, NE; 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerry on January 13, 1989, brother Ray Bartunek, sister Adeline Raiter.
