Ira Glen Robison Sr passed away at his home at the age of 82. He was born to Artie J. and Vernie I. (Robinson) Robison. His family moved to California in the early 1930s where they eventually settled in Tracy. He worked to help build the Tracy Defense Depot until he was drafted into the army in 1942. Ira was a family man - always there for his children. We could always depend on his advice. He especially loved his grandchildren. Ira will be sadly missed by all who loved him. He will never be forgotten. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lenora Robison of Spring Creek; five daughters, Frances Slaughter and Judy Robison of Elko, Jeannie Imperial of Reno, Patty Parragon of Atwater, Calif., and Mary Jane Mulvaney of Spring Creek; one brother, Joe Robison of Overton; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his two sons, Ira Glen Robison Jr. and Jimmy Wayne Robison; his parents, Artie J. and Vernie I. Robison; and sister, Opal Irene (Robison) Simpson.
