Bio

"Mrs. Myrtle Richards Collins died at the family home, northwest of town, Wednesday evening shortly before six o'clock. Mrs. Collins was 50 years of age. She had been in poor health for several months, undergoing an operation at a Chillicothe hospital several weeks ago. Besides the husband, she is survived by two children, Harley Pierce and Mrs. Leonard Maddux. She was a splendid woman and had a host of friends who will greatly miss her. Funeral services will be held tomorrow (Friday) afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Baptist church, conducted by Rev. C. W. Smith. Burial will be in Brown cemetery."
