Bio

Martha "Carrie" Mobley, daughter of Hezekiah and Sarah Mobley, was married to Thomas Bryant Brewer in Bastrop County on August 16, 1891. Carrie was the mother of five children, 2 boys and 3 girls. She died when they were young. The 3 daughters died tragically on the same day while swimming in the Colorado River.
