Billy Shivers is survived by his daughter, Barbara Ann Bullen and husband, Bill; Granddaughter, Bobbie Jo Bramlett; grandsons, Zachery Andrew Cunningham, Joseph William Cunningham and Jimmy Heath Cunningham; Brother, Eddie Shivers and wife Margaret; just like a brother, Billy Jay Williams; numerous nieces and nephews. A very loving companion, Connie Harper and family. Billy also leaves many many cherished friends.
