Bio

Antoinette "Toni" Amigoni, 85, of Roanoke passed away at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (March 27, 2014) at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria. She was born on March 26, 1929 in Schuyler, Nebraska, a daughter of Anton and Agnes Novak Kracl. She married Joseph "Bing" Amigoni on Sept. 25, 1954 in Schuyler, Nebraska. He preceded her in death on Dec. 5, 2013. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her four children, Susan (Ed) Schultz, Nick Amigoni, Mike (Kerry) Amigoni and Mary Beth (Ron) Kiefner and seven grandchildren. She graduated from Illinois Central College in the teacher's aide program and worked at Lincoln Junior High in Washington. She then worked at Saint Francis Medical Center in cardiology services from 1971 to 1991, when she retired. Published in the Bloomington, Il. Pantagraph Mar 30, 2014
