Moulton of South Carolina; brother, Michael Lee; and sister, Patricia Lane Perkins; four sons and a daughter, all of Salt Lake City, Utah. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, December 31, 1996, at 2 p.m., Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, Utah. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
