Bio

U.S. ARMY WORLD WAR II Cecil grew up on a farm near Oakland, NE. In the 1920's, the family moved into Oakland town. Cecil married Eleanor Anderson around 1935, they lived in Oakland and Cecil drove a wholesale beer truck.
