Maurice Clare Husted, son of O. E. and Etna Husted, was born in Madison County, Iowa, October 1, 1913 and departed this life September 18, 1917, age 3 years, 11 months, 18 days. He had been an intense sufferer for about 18 months, through which he was very patient. The favorite song of his baby life was "Brighten the Corner Where You Are".
