Bio

Herman G. Neuhaus was the son of Henry and Emma Bruhn Neuhaus. He married Adele Held June 3, 1925 at St. John's Lutheran church. He was a lifetime resident of the Leigh area. He farmed many years and was owner and operator of Neuhaus Repair shop and later employed by the Village of Leigh. He was a member of the Leigh community Club, St. John's Church and Choir, the church council and served as a member of the Luther League. Survivors include his wife, Adele of Colonial Manor in Clarkson, daughter Norma (Gorden) Fuhr of Clarkson, three sister, Mildred Spulak, Hulda Dykes of Schuyler and Lillian Tofte of Fremont, one granddaughter, one great grandson and three great grandaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, two sisters, one half sister and three half brothers.
