"Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Emily Spacek, 87, of Highway 36 North, Caldwell, will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Caldwell Brethren Church with the Rev. Henry Beseda officiating. Burial will be in the Caldwell Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home of Caldwell. Mrs. Spacek died Monday. She was born March 22, 1888 in Industry and had lived in Burleson County most of her life. She was a member of the Caldwell Brethren Church and a member of the Christian Sisters Organization at the church. Survivors include one son, Edward Spacek of Giddings; two daughters, Mrs. Edvina Lehee of Caldwell, Mrs. Dorothy Blakeman of Maumee, Ohio; one sister, Alma Christ of Freeport; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren."
