Note: Year of death on marker is incorrect. h/o Mary Olive Morris s/o James Jasper Wallace and Elizabeth Hamilton OBIT F.S. WALLACE Buried in Denton Funeral services for Franklin S. Wallace of Denton who died in a Dallas Hospital Saturday, were held Sunday at 2PM in the Shepard Chapel, conducted by C.A. Buchanan, minister of the Church of Christ. A trio from the church sang hymns. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery. Wallace was born Aug. 14, 1865 in Winston County, Alabama and had lived in this county between 60 and 65 years. His wife died 10 or 12 years ago. Surviving are six children: J.J., Roy, Mrs. Grace Sexton and Miss Jewell Wallace, all of Oklahoma City, Dewey Wallace and Mrs. C.A. Sikes of Denton.
