Bio
James Paul Lewis Duncan, 72, of Fort Collins, passed away at his home on February 3, 2014. James was born in Huntsville, Arkansas on March 21, 1941 to Henry and Rosa Duncan. After high school he joined the US Army and served a tour of duty in Vietnam. In 1968, he married Kathy Speer in Hemingford, Nebraska. Jim was a member of the Methodist Church. He loved to spend time outdoors with his family, camping, fishing and hiking. He was especially fond of the Colorado Mountains. Jim spent many hours in his rose garden and loved to watch his son race his Quad. Special times were family gatherings at home. Jim is survived by his wife Kathryn, son Mark Duncan of Fort Collins, daughters Heather Duncan of Fort Collins, Amber (John) Voake of Longmont, and granddaughters Gage, Baylie, Kinzie. He was preceded in death by his parents, son James Matthew, brother and sister. Vessey Funeral Service
