Bio

Edward Stanley "Eddy" Houdek was born on 29 October 1938, to Stanley and Irene (Goblish) Houdek, in Henryville Township, Renville County, Minnesota. Edward married Lorraine Janet Reese on 28 November 1959, in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bechyn, Minnesota. Edward was a Vietnam Veteran. After he returned from the war, he drove truck and farmed. Edward Stanley Houdek died from cancer on 30 October 1982, in the Renville County Hospital in Olivia, Renville County, Minnesota. Eddy's funeral service was held in the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Renville, Minnesota. Pallbearers were Scott Balcer, Mark Meuhlberg, Randy Revier, David Kohout, Paul Seehusen, and Tom Reese.
