Dorothy C. Millican November 20, 1924 - October 8, 2005 80 YEARS OLD She was preceded in death by her parents Iredell and Susan Cowan, brother Roy Edwin and nephew Robert (Eddie) Cowan. She is survived by her nephew Michael E. Cowan and wife Sonya, sister-in-law Joyce Cowan and her chosen daughter Patricia (Puddy) Rogers and husband Don.
