Bio

Aron Lee Brock, 85, of Waxahachie, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday January 7, 2014, at Waxahachie Funeral Home. A graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday January 8, 2014, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Aron was born in McKinney, Texas, to the late Marshall and Alma Brock. On May 11, 1957, Lee married Thelma Wright. Lee served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954, during the Korean War, and later served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was preceded in death by his wife. Survivors include daughter, Traci Lea Hamblet and husband, Todd; grandchildren, Jeffrey Hamblet II and wife, Lauren, and Lyndi Brightwell and husband, Richard; great-grandsons, Kale Hamblet, William and Ryker Brightwell; other relatives and many friends.
