"SAVANNAH, Mo., April 24 -- Mrs. Margaret Ann Criss, eighty-one years old, formerly of Rosendale, Mo., died tonight at the home of her sister, Mrs. Alice Wells, the only survivor. Mrs. Criss was the widow of Levi Criss. She lived most of her life at Rosendale and came here four months ago. The funeral will be Saturday afternoon at the Christian Church. Burial will be in the Savannah Cemetery." St Joseph Gazette, April 25, 1930
