Bio

Ester was the daughter of David and Margaret Wallace McKinney. She married Alexander McPheeters Sep. 10, 1818. They were the parents of John, James Alexander, Margaret, and Lavina. Her husband died in 1839. She traveled to Ringgold County in 1856 with her son James and his family, where she made her home until her death.
