Ralph Emory NEFF, 75, born Mar. 19, 1882, in Jefferson County, son of the late John N. and Ida WEST NEFF; reared in Jefferson County, married Alberta NELSON Jan. 19, 1936, at Ottumwa. Survived by wife, son Emory NEFF, Packwood; a sister, Mrs. Elsie CARR, Ottumwa; a brother A. W. NEFF, Ottumwa. Preceded in death by parents, two brothers and two sisters.
