TIMKEN — Joseph E. Jecha, 66, died Friday at his home after brief illness. Born March 13, 1899 at Vsejaneoh, Czechoslovakia, he was Rush County farmer, living here 65 years. Five months ago he moved from his farm to Timken. He married Anna A. Oborny Aug. 26, 1924, at Timken. Member: Holy Trinity Church, La Crosse; Catholic Workmen Lodge. Survivors: The widow; son, Edward; daughter, Mrs. James Tomecek; 10 grand children; three great-grandchildren; brother, James; and sisters, Mrs. Rosie Oborny, all of Timken; Mrs. Emma Murphy, La Crosse. Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Monday, at the church; Msgr. A. B. Clupny. Burial: Church cemetery. Rosary: 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Hoover-Pittman Funeral Home, La Crosse. Hutchinson News October 2, 1965
