Charles parents were Hardie B. Biggs and Sarah Pruitt Biggs. Charles married Bertha Puckett they had 3 children: Ruth L, Mary Lucille and Samuel Wayne Biggs. Bertha died 7/28/1932. Samuel died in Korea 1953. Ruth died 12/24/2008 and Mary Lucille died 4/22/2010.
