Bio

James Edison Koger, son of Spencer A. Koger and Sara Jane Crabtree, passed away February 5th, 1970, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He leaves 4 sons; Kenneth, Darrell, and Robert all of Muncie, Indiana and Cecil of the U.S. Navy. One daughter Jonell Spears of Albany, Indiana, his mother Sara J. Koger. Three brothers; Earl of Chanute, Tennessee; Cordell of Hoopstown, Illinois and Elmer of Muncie, Indiana. His wife was Ermon W Beaty 1910-1952 of Clinton, Kentucky. findagrave # 9041922 Two sisters; Nannie Koger Harrie of Jacksonville, Florida, and Nellie Koger Madewell of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Funeral services were at the Chanute Church with Brother J. D. Trimble conducting. Burial was in the Campbell Cemetery.
