Buried to the left of the driveway, northwest of the altar with a grey iron cross marker.
Genoa Times, September 22, 1911: "Mrs. George Schumick (sic) died at her home south of the Loup (River) last Saturday evening. Two or three days previous to her death, her youngest child, a baby seven days old, was buried. Besides her husband, Mrs. Schumick is survived by several small children." ======= Her death certificate says she died of "puerperal fever" and septic phlebitis?. That is likely an infection after childbirth. ========= Constancia was born 18 February 1867 in Szynwald Poland which is just east of Tarnow, Poland. Her mother was Theresia Czarnik (1837-1921) who later married Peter Rynkol. On some records, Peter Rynkol is listed as her father but he was actually her step-father. ============ She married George Siemek on November 17, 1884, at Duncan, Nebraska. She was 17 years of age and he was 28.
