"Lorene Jetter, 99, of LaGrange, formerly of Rosebud, died Friday, October 4, 2013 in a LaGrange Nursing Home. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Monday in St. Anne's Catholic Church in Rosebud. Rev. Jim Robertson officiated. Burial followed in Woodland Cemetery in Rosebud. Mrs. Jetter was born September 14, 1914 in Rosebud to Paul and Ellena Ocker Schlottman. She lived most of her life in Rosebud. She married Anton Jeter on November 12, 1934. She worked as a LVN for the Rosebud Hospital and Heritage House Nursing Home. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church and the Ladies Guild. She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Mary Ann Jetter, one granddaughter, Stephanie Polasek, two sisters and four brothers. She is survived by three sons, two daughters, 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to St. Anne's Catholic Church Visitation was held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday with rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud."
