Bio
Charles was born on Delmar Ranch in Valley Mills ,Texas and moved to Houston with his parents in 1937. Charles graduated Pasadena High School; joined the US Army after his service he went to work for Continental Can Company where he retire after 39 years then purchased and operated a oil change business on Spencer Highway in South Houston for several years. He was a member of Beth-El Church in Brookside Village,where he served on the board of Elders and was a member of the worship team. Charlie went regularly to a local nursing home in Pasadena to sing and minister joy to the residents. He also enjoyed playing soft ball when he was younger and minature golf after retirement he played golf as much as he could. Service were held January 25,2013 at Forest Park East. Charles married Marilyn Jo Roach 3/26/1957 in Louisiana with this union had four children. He is survived by his wife of 39 year Billie Joyce Jaynes, two brothers and his children,grandchildren and great grand children.
