William Henry (Bill) Moak, 81, died Jan 10, 1978 in Temple TX. Services at Wilkirson Hatch chapel, burial in Rosemound Cemetery. Mr. Moak was born in Mississippi moving to Waxahachie TX as a child. He served in the US Navy during WWI. On Aug 22, 1925 he married France Elone Giles in Waxahachie TX, and they moved to Waco TX in 1940. William was employed at Texas Textile Mills in Waco TX until 1947 when they closed. He then worked and retired from Waco West Textile Mills in West TX. Mr. Moak was a Mason and member of Waco Memorial Baptist church. Survivors: wife, Frances Elone Moak of Waco TX; daughters, Mrs. Helen Reimer JR (R.G.) , Mrs. Norma Futcher , Mrs. Willis G. Ballew all of Waco and Miss Sherry Whiteside of Lindale TX; sons, Robert H. Moak of Benbrook TX and Martin G. (Jolly) Moak of Bountiful Utah; sister, Mrs. Clara Cotton of Sand Springs Ok; brother, Martin Moak of Yucalpa CA; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Waco Tribune Herald 1-12-1978 ^
