Neva Jane Phillips, 72, of Pilot Point, died Saturday, October 26, 2013 in Denton, TX. Neva was born January 2, 1941 in Denton to Odie and Ruth (Oswalt) Holcomb. She married Clifton Phillips on January 14, 1960 in Pilot Point. She is survived by her three sons, Archie Ray Phillips of Pilot Point, Craig Phillips of Whitesboro, Jeff Phillips of Jackson, MI; one daughter, Patty Patterson of Santa Clara, CA; one brother, Charles Holcomb of Texas; four sisters, Ellen Pickle, Josephine Gilliam, Mary Seelig, all of Texas, Kathy Lyons of Oklahoma; five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two brothers, Vernon Ringham, Harvey Holcomb; one sister, Helen Collinsworth. Visitation will be held 6:30PM-7:30PM, Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM, Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Pilot Point Community Cemetery in Pilot Point with Pastor Johnny Johnston officiating
