Steve Glosup officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton. Burial will be in Haven of Memories, Canton, Texas. He passed away October 25, 2013 in Tyler, TX. Mr. Daugherty was born December 5, 1928 in Kaufman, TX, to Daniel Boone and Jewell Lorene Davis Daugherty. Herman was a welder all of his life. He moved to Canton in 1978. He enjoyed gardening in his spare time. Surviving are Son, Herman & Evelyn Daugherty of Canton, TX, Daughter, Peggy Daugherty of Dallas, TX, Grandson, Damian & Hong Tran Daugherty, Grandson, Luke Daugherty of College Station, TX, Grandson, Zachary & Jodi Fuqua of Dallas, TX, Great-Grandchild, Cooper Fuqua, Sister, Loys Timmons, Brother, Dan Junior Daugherty, Brother, Doug Daugherty, Aunt, Dorothy Kines. Herman was preceded in death by his Wife, Marjorie Daugherty, Sister, Peggy Caldwell, Sister, Wanda Varner, Sister, Tiny Reese, Brother, J.H. Daugherty and his parents.
