Mrs. Byrd was born August 30, 1935 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and died Friday, June 21, 2013 in Mt. Pleasant. She was a member of Our Lady Of Fatima Catholic Church and a retired nurse. She also was the former owner of Byrd's House of Books in Lone Star. She was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers, Cecilia Shelton, Howard Wyland, Joan Hopkins, Lucy Mary Bartos and Francis Wyland. (Nail-Haggard Funeral Home) d/o Robert M.
